2. Account Registration
You may create an account using your email or Sign in with Apple.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
3. Pricing
Eviora SmartCode is currently free to use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, which will be clearly communicated within the app.
4. Medical Disclaimer
This app is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical decisions.
Code mappings and HCC information are for reference only and should be verified against official CMS publications.
5. Intellectual Property
The app design, original content, and software are the property of Eviora Health Tech LLC.
ICD-10-CM codes and CMS data are used under their respective public licenses.
6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Account settings in the app. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eviora Health Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
